An Alternative Hen Weekend

If the idea of a hen weekend with 'L' plates and strippers isn't for you, don't panic as there are many other options for a fun and memorable Hen weekend. Your Event Scotland have come up with some alternative ideas for something different and unforgettable. Which one would you choose?

- A Cocktail Masterclasse: Learn how to make your favourite cocktail, taste some new ones and make your own, you'll be asking why you didn't do it before.

- Make up and Manicures: You need to get ready for a night out and it's not just any night but a Hen night. Why not start your night with a professional to do your make up and nails and start the night early.

- Cupcake Decorating: What's not to like, you don't have to bake the cakes, simply learn how to decorate them and make them look amazing! Best of all you then have lots of cupcakes for the rest of your hen weekend!

- Spa and Pamper Day: Treat yourself with a day of relaxation and pampering with a facial or massage and maybe afternoon tea with the girls.

- Balloon Flight with Champagne: If you fancy something different you could book a hot air balloon ride, with champagne of course, and view the world from above.

- Boozy Afternoon Tea: You'll get to sit down with a glass of fizz, or two or three, enjoy sandwiches, scones and homemade treats whilst chatting to your best friends, a great way to start your Hen Weekend.

- Karaoke: Did you miss the deadline for applying for the Voice? You can still perform to a chosen few and the people that mean the most to you, it's more fun this way too.

- Spirit / Wine / Champagne Tasting: Why choose just one? From Gin tasting to wine tasting there are experts to help you decide your favourite!

-  Dance Classes: From Jazz to Salsa to Hip hop you can all have a good time learning to dance, and you can show your new skills off throughout the night!

- Chocolate Tasting: Who doesn't like this treat and why not make chocolate tasting part of your Hen Weekend, it goes hand in hand with a glass of fizz too!

We hope you like our ideas for a fun filled Hen Weekend. Maybe you have some to add or you can share your Hen Weekend experiences, good and bad?
