Taking in all the iconic sights that the Capital city has to offer the Kiltwalk in Edinburgh is a unique way to see the city.

We have a brand new Kiltwalk Edinburgh route! The Mighty Stride, Big Stroll and Wee Wander all return for 2018, find out details on all three walks below.

We have a brand new route for Kiltwalk Edinburgh! After a few years of the same route and hearing the feedback from our walkers, we decided to make some changes that we think will improve the final Kiltwalk of 2018.

The new Mighty Stride is just shy of 24 miles and this year will have a new start point at Holyrood Park. If 24 miles is a little too adventurous, how about heading out on our Big Stroll? Covering roughly half the distance you’ll still get a chance to stretch your legs as you travel along the coastline.

Our Mighty Stride will have you leaving Holyrood Park and moving through the first Pit Stop at Musselburgh Rugby Club before moving through Pinkie Playing Fields where you’ll be joined by our Big Stroll walkers. You’ll then make your way along Edinburgh’s lovely Promenade across the cobbles of Leith and through Victoria Park. The walk continues to follow the water all the way to Gypsy Brae where the Wee Wander begins.

If the coastal challenge of the Big Stroll isn’t for you, but you still want to get involved why not sign up for our Wee Wander? Setting off Gypsy Brae, this 5 mile trek will still get you back in time to enjoy the after party. The Wee Wander is perfect for walkers of all ages and abilities.

All three walks once again finish at the home of Scottish Rugby, BT Murrayfield, where the legendary Kiltwalk party will begin!
