Leadburn Manor is a completely zero carbon Eco Fly Fishery, off grid, creating all its own electricity from Hydro, Wind & Solar.
A family centre with an aim to bring families to participate in outdoor activities, including fishing, feeding the ducks, feeding the fish, putting, outdoor walks and eco-education.
Leadburn Manor is also a fantastic corporate hosting facility. With corporate members lounge and a function/seminar suite for up to 60 guests.

With a beautiful modern coffee shop open to all visitors, the Fly Fishing centre has something for all ages.
